I’m Dayana Kupisk, and I want to make research work for you.

For the last 10 years I have been studying positive psychology and human development, while simultaneously working with individuals, organizations, and community non-profits to develop opportunities and resources to help others live healthier and happier lives.

As a graduate in Human Development and Family Studies from the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I have been trained to think about the promotion of individual and community well-being through a systems perspective. I believe in taking a practical and strengths-based approach to solving the complex problems in our lives, particularly when others are involved. That means that you already have the strengths and personal knowledge to make the changes you want. I’m here to draw on cutting edge research to provide tailored tools that help you utilize these abilities to support positive relationships and quality decision-making.

With my expertise and training, I can help your organization build its capacity for practical wisdom through seminars, workshops, guidebooks, and popular writing.
